Ben Rubinstein, a successful entrepreneur, and Cristina Espiritu, a seasoned human resource and talent acquisition professional noticed the rising need for exceptional talent resources. Their passion to help, combined with their sourcing expertise compelled them to act and fill that gap. In 2019, Ayuda Business Management Solution, or simply AYUDA, was established and has since been the key talent provider for many business and job hunters not just in the Philippines but in the global market namely, the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States, and Israel.
Today, Ayuda continues to grow and is recognized as one of the prime headhunting firms in the country. We go beyond just reaching quotas but take pride in creating meaningful relationships.
